This is used to check that the feedback varies while modulating. For
example, if this option is set to 4%, the tolerance that is allowed while firing
is ±4% of the whole VSD range. For commissioning, the difference between
the point with the lowest feedback and the point with the highest feedback
must be bigger than twice the tolerance, so for the default of 4% tolerance,
the difference between the point with the lowest feedback and the point with
the highest feedback has to be greater than 8% of the whole VSD range.
For safety reasons, options 110 – 160 must also be entered in as Parameters.
It is the responsibility of the commissioning engineer to ensure that all settings are set in accordance with the
appropriate standards, local codes and practices. If options 110 – 160 are not identical with parameters 110 – 160,
then the MM will go straight to Commissioning Mode and an option/parameter conflict message will appear.
