Flame Safeguard (MM80001/FSG) Manual
MM: Distributed Return Temperature Shutdown Delta – T
A user-defined differential temperature threshold may be configured that
causes the burner to stop when breached (i.e. when the difference between
inlet & outlet temperatures become too large).
MM: Distributed Return Temperature Restart Delta - T
A user-defined differential temperature threshold may be configured that
determines when the burner may restart following a shutdown caused by
the differential temperature shutdown threshold.
MM: Distributed Return Temperature Turndown Delta – T
A differential temperature threshold may be configured that determine the
differential temperature at which the maximum firing rate starts to be
reduced.
MM: Display Diagnostic Values
Enabling this parameter allows the display of more detailed information in
the system log.
Enables/disables the on-board Bluetooth module for the purpose of
connectivity with the Autoflame Download Manager software. See
Autoflame PC Software Guide.
To enable connectivity via the IR port, this option must be disabled,
Bluetooth and IR cannot be used at the same time.
MM: Modulation Exerciser Period
If the modulation exerciser period is enabled, then the MM will repeatedly
run between high fire and low fire. This value sets how long the MM will
remain at the high fire and low fire positions. This should only be used in
test/inspection conditions.
DTI: IBS Change Down Threshold
If the combined firing rate of the last 2 MMs in the sequence loop is below
this value, then the last lag MM will go from ‘on’ to the next phase (‘standby’,
‘warming’ or ‘off’) depending on how option 41 is set.
DTI: IBS Change Up Threshold
If the firing rate of the last MM in the sequence loop in the ‘On’ phase is
above this value, then the next MM will go to the ‘On’ phase upon the next
sequence scan time, to meet the load demand.
MM: Outside Temperature Sensor Adjustment
If the outside temperature reading is too high, then decrease this value. If
the outside temperature reading is too low, then increase this value.
