Error conditions
Assuming proper administration, most of the problems reported by deskphone users are likely
to be LAN-based. Quality of Service, server administration, and other issues can impact user
perception of IP deskphone performance.

9621G, and 9641G Deskphones (Document Number 16-603604) covers possible operational
problems that might be encountered after successful installation. The User Guides for a specific
deskphone model also contain guidance for users having problems with specific IP deskphone
