Goto Reportsandselectthereporttype.
2. Selectatimeperiodforthereport.
3. SelectaReportdeliveryoption:

Delivertocurrentbrowsertab—Whenusingthismethod,donotrefreshorclosethebrowser
tab.Reportsmaytakeafewminutestogenerate.Notrecommendedforlargedatasets.
l
Deliverviaemail—Usefulforlargedatasets,selectthismethodtorunthereportinthe
backgroundandreceiveanemailwhenthereportisdone.Youcandeliverthereporttomultiple
emailaddresses.
4. InFilterreportsby,enterthereportdatatoberetrieved,suchasAlarmevent.InFilteritems,enter
additionalreportcriteria.
5. Optional.ClickAddfiltertorepeatthepreviousstep.
6. ClickSearch.Thereportisdisplayedinthecurrentbrowsertaboremailed,dependingonthedelivery
option.
