Goto Configurations>Rulesandclick intheupper-rightcorner.
3. Enteranameanddescription,thenselectaTriggerTypefromthedropdown:

Eventforwardertriggersincludeeventsfromthepreviouscategories,aswellasbillingactivity,
usercreationanddeletion,andidentityprovidersyncissues.
