About this chapter
This chapter describes the functionality of the Local Keypad, the projector Status Light ( tail light) and the different input and commu-
nication ports of your Thor.

4.1 Introduction
General
The Input & Comm unication side of the Thor consists of a Loc al K eypad integrated into the projector housing and a card cage with
three slots. T he rear s ide of the pro jector is equipped with a tail light which
reflects the status of the projector. The laser status light
is located on the top side o f the projec tor.
The projector card cage is equipped with an ICMP. See illustration below. Note that all information about the ICMP is g athered into
one separated chapter: "ICMP", page 31.

CAUTION: A unit may only be removed f ro m the card cage by qua l ified service personnel. Rem oving one of
the boards (except for the Cinema Controller or S MPS) will result in an authorization request upon st arting.
4.2 Projector Status
About the projector Status Light
The pro jector S tatus Light is located at the rear side of the projector (reference 1 image 4-2). The projector Status Light is a real
time indicator of the projector condition.
