Take into account that when the projector is tilted the Screen Width you have to fill in should be larger than
the physical screen width due to the keystone d istortion of the pro jected image. How much larger depend s
ontheamountoftilt.
Due to production tolerances the real d istances can differ by 2% from the calculated va lues.
For critical situations (fixed installs that use the lens at one of its extreme zoom positions) this should be
taken into acco unt.
3.3 Lens installation
If no lens is installed the lasers of the Thor series projector can not be pow ered. The Standby button en Light
button will lig ht up red. Th
e Com mu nicator w ill also show the error m essag e tha t there is n o lens installed.
How to install a le ns into the Lens Holder?
1. Remove the plastic cover in
the opening of the Lens H older if not r emoved yet. Place the Len s Holder in the “unlocked” position
by moving the lens lock han dle (reference 1 image 3-2) to the right. Then, take away the plastic cover.
