System Requirements
Software
Both included software packages must be installed:
• BD FACSCanto clinical software v2.1
• BD FACSDiva software v6.0
NOTICE BD FACSCanto clinical software v2.0 can be used to operate the
BD FACSCanto system with BD FACSDivaâ„¢ software v5.0 installed.
However, to use BD FACSDivaâ„¢ software v6.0, BD FACSCanto clinical
software v2.1 must be installed.
Workstation
BD FACSCanto workstation purchased through BD Biosciences
Compatible Tubes
• 12 x 75-mm polystyrene test tubes (BD Falcon™ tubes)
• 12 x 75-mm BD Trucount™ tubes
• BD FACS™ 7-color setup bead tubes
Bulk Fluids
• BD FACSFlow solution
• BD™ FACSClean solution
• BD FACS™ shutdown solution
Do not read FCS files created with v2.0 or v2.1 into previous versions of
BD FACSCanto clinical software. Previous versions will show incorrect results.
