CHANGE PASSWORD: Pressing this button will allow you to change the Passwords of all levels up to the current
level of access.
TEMP SCALE: Here you can calibrate the Temperature Scale. User can adjust temperature by + 9/-15 of what
the sensor is reporting.
DISABLED E-STOP FAULT: Toggles between DISABLED and ENABLED. When ENABLED system will page out
when an E-Stop is pressed.
SONAR BACK ADDER: This is the number of inches after the Sonar reads the floor that will be considered vehicle
length.
MANIFOLD BACK ADDER: When Smart Spray active for application, the machine will back up this distance for
angle of spray to reach back center of vehicle.
Time and Date Settings: The Time and Date fields are accessed by pressing on the corresponding buttons. Each
button will move you a screen where you will input the appropriate numbers for the current time and date.
RAPID SIDE SPEED: Speed of shuttles when they are rapid to position.
WASH SIDE SPEED: Speed of shuttles when they are washing front or back of vehicle.
SUV BACK WINDOW SPEED: Speed of D/S shuttle when wheel is cleaning upper glass on back of vehicle.
WETDOWN MAX TIME: This is the max number of seconds that side wheel WETDOWN will operate. Typically set
to 20 seconds
ENABLED – TOP INDEX ROTATE: Toggles between DISABLED and ENABLED. When ENABLED system will
lower top wheel approximately 5 inches when system is not in use. It will then rotate it approximately 120 degrees
every 10min to aid in material not taking a set. The material may take a set when exposed to excessive ambient
temperature or is too close to any source of heat.
ENABLED – SMALL BAY MODE: When disabled system will pivot side wheels outbound away from vehicle during
vehicle exchange.
ENABLED – PUMP FAULT: When enabled the machine will fault when pump overload is tripped. [6Q1 & 6K1 IN
