Chapter 8 Faults and Alarms
Alarms
Pull Off
When a vehicle pulls off the Treadle during a wash, the On-Board Sign will indicate the direction that the vehicle should
travel. If the vehicle does not return to position the wash will reset to accept next vehicle and issue a pull off alarm.
Time Out
This Alarm occurs when one or more of the Outputs “Named 1 8” and “Misc 1 8” are on and the state of all these
Outputs combined is not changed for 610 seconds (10 minutes and 10 seconds).
To Treadle
This Alarm is typically when a Package is loaded into the Loader (Package received from POS) and the vehicle never
enters the bay. The delay is 2 minutes for normal loading. The delay is 10 minutes if the Package has been shifted
from the Loader to the wash due to Pull-In selected to YES in the Enter Operation screen (i.e. Entrance Operation 1,
Pull In, On Condition set to YES).
No Entry
This Alarm is when a Package is loaded into the Loader (Package received from POS) and the vehicle does not enter
the bay for 10 minutes. This condition is true when Package In Loader is never shifted into the wash. Check Entrance
Operation 1 if problem is consistent.

Side Profile Reset
