Startup
Initial
1) Purge the air and hydraulic lines. Check the system for leaks.
2) Adjust the Posi-Stops if necessary, making sure there are no obstructions in the path of the arm.
3) Adjust the hydraulic flow control (mounted on the leg) for a wheel speed between 72 to 80 RPM
for cloth and 88 – 92 RPM for Neo-Tex. Make adjustments while under a hydraulic pressure load
set between 900 to 1100 PSI.
4) Re-check wheel RPM
5) Set pneumatic regulators (from the DCC or Control Panel) to approximately 30 - 50 PSI.
6) Connect water lines to the Water Manifold Assemblies attached to the leg of each FSW assembly.
