[P]2 Step Jig Fishing
Step jig fishing means incremental retrieval, Each
Jig length will be divided into intervals, with interval
pause between. Otherwise as “Normal fishing”
Two new features are added…
Step length [P]1[PPP] is the length of the interval drawing.
Step pause [P]1[PPP P] is the pause between two interval
draws.
Example of wheel behavior with following settings.
Fishing depth [P]1[P] 50 meters,
Jig length [P]1[PP] 7 meters
Step length [P]1[PPP] 2 meters
Step pause [P]1[PPP P] 3 seconds.
1. The machine releases down to 50 meters.
2. Stops and waits the time Depth pause.
3. Pulls the Step length 2 meters
4. Stops and wait Step pause 3 seconds.
5. From here step 3 and 4 are repeated until Jig length (7 meter) is pulled.
6. The machine restarts from step 1.
This procedure is repeated until Catch mode occurs or stopped.
Programming of Step Jig Fishing:
• Press [P]rog and check that top row shows Fish program. Change with [3] and [6] so row 3 shows
"Step jig fishing". Continue to adjust following screens to desired values as for the Step jig program.
• Press [P]rog and set Fishing depth.
• Press [P]rog and set Jig Length.
• Press [P]rog and set Step length.
• Press [P]rog and set Step pause
• When done, press [P]rog or [E]nter for Main screen
