8.3 Error messages
Message on the display Cause Repair
Embroidery module has to be
removed.
> Push the release button and pull the embroidery module
carefully to the left.
The embroidery module has to be
attached.
> Carefully slide the module from left to right into the
module connection of the machine.
The bobbin winder is activated. > Deactivate the bobbin winder.
The thread indicator is
deactivated.
> To activate both indicators, touch the icon «Confirm».
> To keep the indicators deactivated, touch the icon
«Cancel».
The main motor isn't running. > Turn the handwheel clockwise until the needle is at its
top position.
> Remove the stitch plate.
> Remove the thread remnants.
> Clean the hook.
> Remove the hook and make sure that there are no
pieces of broken needle points on the magnetic back of
the hook.
The upper thread is used up. > Insert a new spool.
> Rethread.
The upper thread has broken. > Rethread.
