Adjusting Needle Bar Height
1Removethepresserfoot, Needle plate and Bobbin
holder .
2Removetheface cover.
3 Turnthehandwheeltoraise the needle bar from the
lowest position until the tip of the rotaryhookmeets
with the right side of the needle .
4LoosenScrew.
5MovetheNeedlebar upordown to adjust the
needle bar height.
6TightentheScrew
. Be sure that the groove
on the needle bar is facing right in the front.
7AttachtheBobbin holder , Needle plate and
presser foot.
8Attachtheface cover.

Surface of hook race
1.6 - 2.0 mm
Rotaryhookrace
Top of needle eye
The standarddistancebetweentheupperedgeoftheneedleeyeandthetipoftherotary
hook should be in the range of 1.6 - 2.0 mm when the rotaryhookmeetstherightsideofthe
needle in ascending travel of needle from its lowest position.
