Carriage

Tilt the carriage in the direction of the ar-
row.
Using the handle screw into place on
the carriage foot.

Insert the carriage plate into the channel
along the sliced product holder guide
and screw tight with the star grip screw.

Hold on to the handle on the holder,
loosen the clamp connection via the lock
lever and move downwards.
Position the top of the holder housing at
the relevant fixtures and screw tight with
the star grip screw.
