Bluetooth phone call
Notes:
You can exit the selection menu again
by pressing the
button >.
If you selected "Mobile Phonebook",
select the desired fi rst letter fi rst and
then the desired phone book entry.
Select the desired entry or number
with the
or button @ or the ;
or 9 softkey.
Press the OK button B or the "OK"
softkey :.
To enter a phone number and make a call,
press the "Dial Number" softkey 9 and
enter the number as described in the
section "Making a call (DIAL NEW)".
To call a phone number via voice dialing,
press the "Dial Number" softkey 9 for
longer than 2 seconds.
The voice recognition is activated. "SPEAK
NOW" appears on the display.
Say the voice dialing name of the de-
sired entry.
To call a number stored under a softkey,
press the NEXT button 2.
The numbers stored under the softkeys are
shown (the last 10 digits only).
Press the softkey 6 to ; where the
desired number is stored.
The call is being made. "Calling..." and the
name of the entry are shown on the dis-
play.

Changing the PIN
If you want to register a cell phone with
the car sound system, you must enter PIN
"1234". This PIN can also be changed:
Open the Bluetooth menu.
Press the "Pin Edit" softkey 7.
Now you can enter the new PIN:
Use the
or button @ to select the
desired number for the current posi-
tion.
Change to a different position by press-
ing the
or button >.
After entering the complete new PIN
number,
press the OK button B.
The new PIN is stored. The display briefl y
shows "PIN SAVED".
Changing Bluetooth names
The device is identifi ed by other Bluetooth
devices based on its Bluetooth name. The
factory-set Bluetooth name is "BLAUPUNKT
SM". However, this name can be changed:
Open the Bluetooth menu.
Press the "Radio Name Edit" softkey
9.
You can now enter a new name:
Use the
or button @ to select the
desired character for the current posi-
tion.
Change to a different position by press-
ing the
or button >.
After entering the complete new name,
press the OK button B.
The new name is stored. The display briefl y
shows "RADIO NAME SAVED".
