Note:
You can replace your own wallpapers
again with the factory-set ones by re-
storing the factory settings of the de-
vice. For further details, please read
the section "Restoring factory settings
(Norm Set)" in the chapter "Additional
settings".
Amplifi er / Sub Out
The car sound system provides connections
that allow you to connect external amplifi -
ers. You can also connect a subwoofer. For
this purpose, the amplifi er and subwoofer
must be connected as described in the in-
stallation instructions.
We recommend you use well-matched
products from the Blaupunkt or Velocity
product ranges.
Switching the internal amplifi er
on/off
If you are using external amplifi ers, you can
switch off the device’s internal amplifi er
("Amp Off" setting).
Note:
Please check this setting if the loud-
speakers do not emit any sound.
Press the MENU button A.
Press the NEXT button 2.
Press the "Various Settings" soft-
key ;.
The "Various" menu is displayed.
Press the "Amplifi er" softkey 9.
To switch the internal amplifi er on or off,
press the softkey "Amp ON" 6 (am-
plifi er on) or "Amp OFF" 7 (amplifi er
off).
The softkey with the selected setting is
brightly highlighted.
When you have fi nished making your
changes,
press the OK button B repeatedly un-
til you reach the desired menu level for
additional settings or completely exit
the menu.
