12 Using the Camera (Android)
12 Using the Camera (Android)
Use this app to take photos or record videos.
On the Apps screen, tap Camera.
If a micro SD card is installed, the photos and videos will be saved on the internal storage.
The first time you open the Camera app, you will be prompted to add location tags to your photos
and display the information.
12.1 Taking Photos

On the Apps screen, tap Camera and make sure that camera mode is set to .

Aim the camera at the object and adjust the image. To zoom in or out, spread or pinch two fingers on the
screen.

Tap to take a photo.
Your device automatically focuses on the object and saves the photo in Gallery.

To view the photos taken, swipe the screen from the right edge.
12.2 Recording Videos

On the Apps screen, tap Camera.

Tap > to switch to video mode in the viewfinder.

Aim the camera at the object and adjust the image. To zoom in or out, spread or pinch two fingers on the
screen.

Tap to record a video.

Tap to stop recording.
Your device automatically focuses on the object and saves the video in Gallery.

To view the recorded videos, swipe the screen from the right edge.
