Non-Normal Maneuvers and Flight Patterns are included for training and
review purposes.
Non-Normal Maneuvers
Flight crews are expected to do non-normal maneuvers from memory.
Flight Patterns
Flight patterns show procedures for some all-engine and
engine-inoperative situations.
Flight patterns do not include all procedural items but show
required/recommended:
• configuration changes
• thrust changes
• Mode Control Panel (MCP) changes
• pitch mode and roll mode changes
• checklist calls.
