How to create a new customer
1. Select Customer –New Customer from the menu bar of the A-Link Plus program.
The Customer Information index sheet opens.
2. Enter relevant customer information. The Customer Number is mandatory.
The IP address and port number of the AMAX panel are the IP address and port number of the
communication module 1 installed in the AMAX panel, and will be used when the AMAX panel
uses fixed IP address and port number.
4 If the fixed IP address and port number are not known after the UDP data packet
transmitted by the AMAX panel is received and the subscriber number of receiver 1 has
been set in the Control Panel Configuration index sheet, directly click on the Connect
button in the Link index sheet.
The prompt information will recommend the subscriber number and the AMAX panel receives
the IP address and port number of last time.
Under DHCP environment, it is not necessary to set Control Panel IP address and Control
Panel Port.
