12. After the HC residue test, the RPM
and oil temperature are displayed.
13. Set the temperature selector switch
of the P 140 first to 80°C, then to
120°C.
Nominal values: 80°C
+ 3°C

14. Set the speed selector switch of the
P 140 to the engine speeds from
600 - 6000 rpm one after the other:
Nominal values: 600 rpm + 10 rpm
1500 rpm
+ 10 rpm
4000 rpm
+ 10 rpm
6000 rpm
+ 10 rpm
i To perform the V-lambda voltage test
you will require connection cable
1 684 465 463.
1. Press F2 or u to go to the V-lambda
menu and open it by pressing F5 >>
or E.
2. In the No. of pulses menu, set the
number of pulses to 1 using the o or u
keys.
