Length of Line
The maximum applicable length of the line is dependent on the baud rate.
For the Bosch cable 14 x 0.14 twisted, shielded, order no. 1070 910 152, the
following lengths apply:

It is required that the interface modules of the partner device correspond at
least to those of the COM-E.
The V.24 interface requires that there are only small differences between the
potential of the transmitter and the receiver (--2 V < V
diff
<+2V).
. The transmission cable must not be laid in parallel to directly neigh-
boring power cables.
