Possible connector damage.
Notice also that some cables for both the DIVAR AN 3000 and DIVAR AN 5000 have a lock
which must be pressed and held when inserting/removing the cable. See following figures.

Loose connectors and cables.
After installing HDD(s), always make sure that the connectors and cabling are firmly attached
in place with tie wraps and tie cables to prevent connector movement and cable strain (see
arrowed locations in following example). Avoid sharp bends in the SATA cables.
