Setting
up VIP functions
"
You
can answer calls automatically without lifting the handset or pressing a key. This
is useful for example if you are often not right beside your telephone or if you have
no hand free.
On receiving a call the handsfree function is switched on automatically
.
Switch off all VIP functions
At the executive set
Select the “Further functions” menu item.
Select the “Further settings” menu item.
Select the “VIP functions” menu item.
Set “Send VIP functions” to “Of
f”.
Or:
At the secretary set
Select the “Further functions” menu item.
Select the “Further settings” menu item.
Select the “VIP functions” menu item.
Set “Get VIP functions” to “Of
f”.
Switch off VIP functions for specific telephones
At the executive set
Open telephone book to select the entry of
the secretary set.
Display and process the desired entry
.
Switch ”Attribute“ to ”Normal call“.
Or:
At the secretary set
Open telephone book to select the entry of
the executive set.
Display and process the desired entry
Set ”VIP number” to ”No”.
