12.3.1 Draining the lubricating oil - T model
f Observe the information on the planetary gearbox dimensioned drawing
in appendix D “Technical data / Drawings” of the material number-specic
operating instructions.
• Bore 5: for lling or checking the lubricating oil
• Bore 6 for draining the lubricating oil
6. Turn the planetary gearbox as shown in the gure on the left:
Bore 6 in 6 o'clock position.
7. Loosen the screw plugs of the bore 5 slowly, so that any existing pressure can
be released.
8. Then remove the screw plugs from bores 5 and 6.
9. Drain the lubricating oil completely in the catch basin.
10. Dispose of this drained lubricating oil in accordance with the local country
regulation.
11. Check whether the seals on the screw plug threads of bore 5 and bore 6 are still
in perfect condition and can be reused. Replace the damaged seals.
12. Seal bore 5 and bore 6 with the corresponding screw plugs.

12.3.2 Draining the lubricating oil - K model
f Observe the information on the planetary gearbox dimensioned drawing
in appendix D “Technical data / Drawings” of the material number-specic
operating instructions.
• Bore 10: for lling or checking the lubricating oil
• Bore 9 for draining the lubricating oil
6. Turn the planetary gearbox as shown in the gure on the left:
Bore 9 in 6 o'clock position.
7. Loosen the screw plugs of the bore 10 slowly, so that any existing pressure can
be released.
8. Then remove the screw plugs from bores 10 and 9.
9. Drain the lubricating oil completely in the catch basin.
10. Dispose of this drained lubricating oil in accordance with the local country
regulation.
11. Check whether the seals on the screw plug threads of bore 9 and bore 10 are
still in perfect condition and can be reused. Replace the damaged seals.
12. Seal bore 9 and bore 10 with the corresponding screw plugs.
