12.7.1 Starting and opening the initial firmware
The IndraMotion MLC based on the hardware IndraControl VPB does not include
any MLC system firmware upon delivery. If the MLC system firmware has not yet
been installed on the device, the initial firmware is enabled upon each industrial
PC startup. After loading the system firmware (refer to chapter 12.8.3
"Firmware management" on page 51), the control boots with the loaded MLC
system firmware.
If service is required, the initial firmware can be enabled again via
the software tool "IndraControl Systray".
12.7.2 Licenses
The initial software for the IndraMotion MLC based on the hardware
IndraControl VPB controls was developed under the following license
declarations:

12.8 IndraControl First Touch
The "IndraControl First Touch" commissioning tool interactively commissions
and maintains controls of the IndraControl XM and IndraControl VPB generation.
The "IndraControl First Touch" can run on most of the modern web browsers.
The
"IndraControl First Touch" commissioning tool is only available
in English!
Supported web browsers:
● Chrome 3+
● FireFox 9+
● Internet Explorer 10+
The standard URL of the IndraControl First Touch website for the remote access
to the control via the interface XETH2 is https://192.168.1.1/. The IndraControl
First Touch can also be executed directly on the control PC via the link in the
IndraControl SysTray context menu. In this case, it is communicated via a virtual
network adapter.
After loading the First Touch website, a "Welcome" page is displayed. For all
other functions or the navigation to another First Touch site, a user login is
required. To log in, enter user name and password into both the form fields of
the navigation bar.
