Troubleshooting
Nothing happens when I place a wire in the jaws
Nothing happens when I place a wire in the jaws
Problem: I sent a file to the printer, but when I put a wire in the jaws, nothing happened.
Solutions:
When inserting the wire, make sure that the trigger bars are pressed in fully. See
“Printing and
Wrapping” on page 27
.
Make sure the print job is added to the queue and that the job is running. See
“Printing: Details” on
page 29
. Alternatively, turn the
Auto Queue Job
setting on so that jobs are automatically placed in
the queue when received. See
“Print Queue” on page 35
.
The trigger sensors may need to be cleaned. See
“Cleaning the Sensors” on page 43
No print jobs are in the printer
Problem: I printed a file to the Wraptor A6200 printer from Brady Workstation software, but when I tap
Print Jobs on the touch screen, no jobs are listed.
Solutions:
Make sure the file location is set to
Internal Memory
. See
“File Location” on page 8
.
Make sure the communication settings are correct. See
“Connecting the Printer” on page 12
.
