5 Troubleshooting
If you encounter a problem while using the printer, see the following sections for help troubleshooting
the issue.

Wrap is not applied correctly
Problem: The wrap did not fully adhere to the label.
Solutions:
• The wrapping mechanism may not be revolving around the wire or cable enough times to adhere the
full length of the label. On the touch screen, tap Settings , then Print Adjustments , then Wrap
Count and increase the number of times the wrapper moves around the wire.
