Eliminating the CAN-Dead state
1. Connect the HiBaSeD in order to elim
inate the CAN-Dead
state.
2. Carry out calibration.
3. Take particular care to enter the serial number correctly
.
Entering the states in the history
In order to provide diagnostic information to service technicians,
the vario
us CAN states are entered in the history.
They can then recognise, for example, whether there was a dupli-
cate INR in the system or whether address assignment
function of
a Station is defective.
The following history entry has to be evaluated for this purpose:
