Appendix A: Customer Brooks Automation
Technical Support Information
When contacting Brooks Automation for Technical Support, please have the fol-
lowing information available.
1. Record the part number and serial number from the equipment.
2. Provide the installed location of the equipment.
3. Provide name, e-mail address, and telephone number of the person to con-
tact.
4. List any error codes received during the failure.
5. Prepare a detailed description of the events relating to the error.
• Time that the equipment has been in operation
• Work that was done on the equipment prior to the error
• Functions that the equipment was performing when the error
occurred
• Actions taken after the error and the results of those actions
• Other information that may assist the Specialist
