II) Traverse feed mechanism (X axis) (2)
X-pulley base (R)
1} Remove the bolt. Loosen the bolts of X-pulley base (R} 0 so that it moves right and left.
2} Loosen the setscrew@) oftiming pulley(B} @·and remove the stop ring. RemoveX-pulleyshaft(R} 0 in
the direction of the arrow. (Timing pulley (B)@, the two micro bearings 0 will come off.)
3) Loosen the set screw@) and remove the idle gear 6.
4) Loosen the set screw® of timing pulley (A)@.
5) Remove X-pulley shaft (L) ® in the direction of the arrow, then X-timing belt ID.
