<Lower shaft>
1) Tilt the machine.
2) Loosen the set screw 0, then turn the rock gear
shaft @ to provide 0.04 mm to 0.07 mm slack at
the tip of the driver@).
< Y -axis feed>
Loosen the four bolts o..fnd vertically adjust
pulse
motor (Y) @so that there is no backlash
between the rock gear shaft @) and Y.fifriving
shaft 0.
< X-axis feed>
Loosen the four bolts 0 and horizontally adjust
X-pulley base
(L) @ so that there is no backlash
between the driving gear @) and the idle gear
0.
NOTE: When this adjustment is completed, be sure
to check and adjust the tension of the X-
timing belt.
