- Remove the jammed recording paper in jam clear cover part, platen part and front part.

Step Cause Solution
1 Foreign materials in the recording
paper feeding path
Remove foreign materials.
2 Paper feed motor harness
connection failure
Reconnect the paper feed motor harness.
3 PF encoder sensor harness
connection defective
Reconnect the PF encoder sensor harness.
4 PF encoder disk defective Replace the PF encoder disk.
5 PF encoder sensor defective Replace the PF encoder sensor PCB ASSY.
6 Paper feed motor defective Replace the engine unit.
7 Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB ASSY.
