 Error code 9C
The number of rotations of the developer roller will reach the upper limit soon when Continue
Mode is set for the toner cartridge.
 Error code 9D and 9E
These errors do not usually occur in the normal use. The conceivable causes are noise
around the installation site, fluctuation of the power supply voltage, and failures in the
software.
An unidentified error occurred.
Replace Toner
Received faxes are also stored in memory until the toner cartridge is replaced
or the memory is full.

• Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
Step Cause Remedy

New toner actuator catching on
some position (when the error

Correct the position of the new toner actuator.

Connection failure of the new
toner sensor harness (when the

Reconnect the new toner sensor harness.

New toner sensor PCB failure

Replace the new toner sensor PCB ASSY.
