- Set recording paper tray1.
Tray is Open / Paper tray not detected

Step Cause Solution
1 Switchback actuator caught on the
surrounding parts
Set the switchback actuator into place.
2 Switchback paper sensor harness
connection failure
Reconnect the switchback paper sensor harness.
3 Sensor relay PCB harness
connection failure
Reconnect the sensor relay PCB harness.
4 Outer paper guide wear/defective Replace the outer paper guide.
5 Sensor relay PCB defective Replace the sensor relay PCB ASSY.
6 Recording paper tray 1 defective Replace the recording paper tray 1.
7 Main PCB defective Replace the main PCB ASSY.
