Printing a Stored Label File
Press the 檔案 key to display the File screen.
Select “ 列印 ” using the or key.
Press the 執行 or 段落更換 key.
The file number of a stored label is displayed.
The label text is also displayed to identify the label.
Select a file number using the or key, and then press the 列印 , 執行 or 段落更換
key.
• Printing a single page:
A single page data is printed immediately.
• Printing a range of page:
The screen you can specify the range is displayed. Select “ 全部 ” or “ 範圍 ” by using
the or key.
Press 執行 or 段落更換 key to print.
Press the 檔案 key to display the File screen.
Select “ 刪除 ” using the or key.
Press the 執行 or 段落更換 key.
The file number of a stored label is displayed.
The label text is also displayed to identify the label.
Select a file number using the or key, and then press the 執行 or 段落更換 key.
The message “ 要刪除嗎？ ” is displayed.
Press the 執行 or 段落更換 key to delete the file.
The file is deleted and the screen returns to the text entry screen.

If you select “ 範圍 ”, specify the first page and the last page.

• Step 5 is not needed when printing a single page.
•Press the 取消 key to return to the previous step.
• The message “ 資料未輸入！ ” is displayed when you try to print a file with no text.
• When the message “ 裁切並繼續 ” is displayed, select one. For details, see “Selecting how tape
is fed and cut” on page 40.

Press the 取消 key to cancel deleting the file and return to the previous screen.
