Entering Text from the Keyboard
• The keyboard of your P-touch can be used in the same way as a standard computer
keyboard.
Switching Upper Case/Lower Case
Press the A/a key to switch the upper case or lower case.
Upper case (A/a key is ON) Lower case (A/a key is OFF)
Select The Input Method
[ 倉頡 / 簡易倉頡 / 廣東拼音 ]
Press 倉 / 簡 / 廣 key to toggle between 倉頡 / 簡易倉頡 / 廣東拼音 imput methods.
Use 廣東拼音 to enter texts
Select 廣東拼音 and then press 空格 / 轉換 key to enter Chinese characters. You can
convert Chinese characters word by word.
Example " 香 "
Under 廣東拼音 input method, type "HONG".
Press 空格 / 轉換 Optional Chinese characters for "HONG" will appear
on the screen.
Press 空格 / 轉換 key or 、 、、or to convert optional Chinese characters,
ant then select " 香 ".
Press 執行 key.
" 香 " will be inputted.
•Press the 取消 key to return to the previous step.
• Serialize mode can be also applied to 條碼 . A 條碼 is counted as a character.
• Any 符號 or other non-alphanumeric characters in the auto-numbering sequence are ignored.
• Serialize mode sequence can only contain a maximum of five characters.
• Letters and numbers increase as shown below:

Spaces (shown as underscores “_” in the example below) can be used to adjust the spacing
between characters or to control the number of digits that are printed.
