The user may also define a reference sample / standard that can be measured periodically by
the instrument.
Moreover for the Fluorine in Toothpaste applications the number of scans (NS) and the
recycle delay (RD) time may differ in the calibration and in the measurement part. Per default
the same numbers are applied. However, also different parameters are possible.
Users that need to create one calibration, but like to apply different parameter sets of RD and
NS for the measurement, can create one calibration and duplicate it (including calibration
points). This way only one calibration has to be established, but multiple sets of RD and NS
can be applied for measurements of unknown samples.
