The clamping bars (2) and (3) of each sieve deck can be adjusted individually so
that the clamping can be adapted to the thickness of the wire sieve used.
Procedure:
1. Insert the sieves into the bottom sieve deck.
2. Set the clamping lever to the “clamped” position.
3. Slightly loosen the hexagon bolt (12).
4. Rotate the 4 eccentric bushings (6) for the bottom sieve until the sieve is
sufficiently taut.
5. Tighten the hexagon bolt (12).
6. Insert the sieves into the sieve deck second from the bottom. The procedure is
the same as that for the bottom sieve deck.
7. Finally, insert the sieves into the top sieve deck and adjust the clamping as
described above.
