Programming Screens for Continuous Delivery
ese are the programming screens for the CADD-Legacy® PLUS pump,
in the continuous delivery mode. Descriptions of the screens follow.
Reservoir Volume
Enter the volume of uid contained in a lled uid container. e Reser-
voir Volume value decreases as the pump delivers uid or as you prime
the tubing. When you change the uid container, reset the reservoir
volume on this screen. If you do not wish to use the Reservoir Volume
feature, scroll down to “Not In Use” (located before 1 and aer 9999 in
the range of values).
e residual volume could be set higher than the capacity of the uid
container. Be sure to program the reservoir volume to reect the actual
volume of the medication being used.
