Why are clients unable to connect to Cambium cnPilot E400 Wireless Access Point?

There could be several reasons why clients are unable to connect to the Cambium Wireless Access Point. It might be due to an invalid pre-shared key, EAP authentication failure, denial because of MAC Access Control List (ACL), the Radius server being unreachable or not found, or the client being disconnected or denied association by enhanced-roaming.
