Attention: If your data display is connected to the DSS, it is no longer possible to change the pages
on the display by swiping gestures. When the connection is active, the pages can only be switched
through by pressing the arrows in the single view. You can see which page is currently active by the
small number below the import to display button.
Further functions in the single view are:
• export to display: Writes the currently loaded/created page in the DSS to your
data display
• load from file: Imports a preconfigured page from another source
• save to file: Saves the currently loaded page to a location of your choice
• helper lines: Projects auxiliary lines into the DSS for easier arrangement of
widgets via drag and drop
• clear view: Deletes the currently loaded page in the DSS and lets you start on a
blank screen
• load predefined page: Here you can load preconfigured pages into the DSS with one mouse
click and then write them to your data display via export to display
Below the load predefined page button, you will find a Animate slider. With this slider you can
activate the demo mode (see chapter 5.12) from the DSS and then see how the widgets behave
during operation. When positioning your widgets, please pay attention to the position on the data
display as the positions in the DSS preview are not 100% accurate.
After changing your pages, please always remember the export to display feature before your hard-
earned changes end up in nirvana.
