The menu items start angle and end angle refer to min value and max value and are, as already
specified in the round meter in degrees, where 0 degrees is at 12 o'clock. For example, if you want a
classic "6 o'clock speedometer" your min value is 0 and the start angle is -180.
As already known from the round meter, there is also a split-seconds pointer in the needle widget.
This is configured via the menu item ghost time.
