1) Remove Controller Cover [1].

2) Remove Main Controller Board [1].
• 5 Connectors [2]
• 4 Screws [3]

Actions before Replacement (LBP6670 only)
1) Turn ON the power, and Operate according to the instruction on the screen since the initial
installation mode isactivated. (Setting the date/time, executing the auto gradation adjustment)
2) Entering the device serial number of the equipment because ####000000 is already
entered in SN MAIN after replacing the PCB.
3) Execute Utility > Common Status Print, and check the serial number.
4) Back up data of the Main Controller PCB to the USB memory.
Select Setup Menu>SERVICE MODE>FUNCTION GR.>ECONF>EXPORT>ALL>Yes
