Using the Full Range

For T (Indoor) or U (Outdoor) Setting:
1. Set the program selector to Q.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Select [INDOOR T] or [OUTDOOR U].
“T” or “U” appears.
5. Close the menu.
For Custom White Balance:
1. Set the program selector to Q.
2. Open the menu and select [CAMERA SET UP].
3. Select [WHITE BAL.].
4. Point the camcorder at a white object (such as a sheet of paper), zoom
in until it fills the whole screen and select [SET W].
• W flashes and stops flashing when settings is complete.
• Depending on the light source, W may keep flashing. The result will still be better
than with the auto setting.
5. Close the menu.
