Creates a circular cropped image of the type that is popular on social networking
services.
• This function cannot be with a 4:3 image.
• The aspect ratio of cropped images is 1:1 (1536
x
1536 pixels), which is equivalent
to 2M size.
The image is not actually circular. A background is added to make the image
appear circular.
