2. The accuracy of inductance, capacitance and resistance
The quality factor is 10 (dissipation factor 0.1), relative to the impedance accuracy,

When the quality factor <10 (dissipation factor >0.1), the inductance accuracy times (1+
1/Q) while the capacitance accuracy times (1+D).
