7. APPENDIX
The Payload root directory will always be the same for every customer.
It consists of the following:
1. DOCS Folder
• Contains electronic copies of the current user guides.
2. SYS Folder
• Simply put, this is the brains of the system. It contains all files necessary
for the system to run, excluding the MenuData file.
3. TFTP Folder
• This folder contains information that will allow the unit to utilize TFPT updates.
4. Batch.xml
• Stores data pertaining to the batch print function.
5. MenuData File
• This is the customer specific menu file.
6. UserData File
• Anytime a user adds a new item inside the system the data will save here.
• This is different from editing an existing item. Editing an existing item will
save to the MenuData file.
