1. The menu reached by pressing the MODIFY button allows you to delete, alter or add
field values as well as shelf life parameters.

3. The DELETE ITEM button is used to eliminate the currently selected item from its item
menu.
4. The SAVE button is used to save the changes to your item’s settings.
5. Pressing the CANCEL button will exit the menu and not save any changes.
Note: Adding the shelf life values on this screen to the current system date and time will
produce the expiration date and time to be displayed on the label when printed.
2. If the system is not in manager mode but is configured with an administrative password,
selecting a field under the MODIFY menu will prompt an alphanumeric keyboard for
password entry.
