4. From the fax machine extension, go off hook and program the fax extension as a hot line to that
system speed dial bin number.
Dial (# 9 * 500 0). Confirmation tone is heard.
5. Every time the fax machine goes off hook, line 4 will be accessed.
To cancel do a hook flash and dial # * 9 *.
